1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bubu88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of bubu88 at bubu88.run and the bubu88 Android application. By accessing the platform in any form — including through a web browser, the Android app, or any other device — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility

• Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

• bubu88 is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Account details must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• bubu88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact platform support immediately via the details provided in Section 14.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on bubu88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bubu88 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your bubu88 wallet within minutes. Bank Transfer and Raast may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
• bubu88 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual or inconsistent with your normal usage pattern.
• Funds deposited to your bubu88 wallet are held for gaming purposes only. They do not earn interest and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within the expected processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number. bubu88 will investigate and resolve genuine technical issues with deposits.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bubu88 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to compatibility. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally completed within a few hours during normal processing periods.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of your withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your bubu88 account.
• bubu88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in Section 6.
• bubu88 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times once the withdrawal has been sent from the platform.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that were deposited and not used for gaming — a practice sometimes called "money cycling" — may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account reviewed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bubu88 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account at bubu88's discretion and subject to the conditions of each individual offer.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated on the bonus offer page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another account.
• bubu88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was issued due to a technical error, system fault, or as a result of abuse of a promotion.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms systematically — including through coordinated multi-account play — will result in account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

bubu88 offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Table Games, Bingo, and Esports. Each game category has its own specific rules that are accessible within the game or game section. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bubu88 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except in circumstances described in these Terms or the relevant game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, bubu88 will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Live Casino game results are determined by real dealers and studio equipment. Slot and Table Game results are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems.
• Sports Betting odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled result.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bubu88. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, pending investigation. Funds may be withheld where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of registration, verification, or withdrawal.
• Using another person's payment method — including a family member's JazzCash or Easypaisa account — for deposits or withdrawals without explicit authorisation and matching identity documentation.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bubu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any material respect.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (typically 12 months without a login). Dormant account balances may be subject to an inactivity fee after a defined period — details will be communicated to your registered contact before any fee is applied.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no fault on the player's part, the balance will be made available for withdrawal.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bubu88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practical, we may also notify registered players of significant changes via their registered contact details.

It is your responsibility as a player to check these Terms regularly. Continued use of the bubu88 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
